Update from Elizabeth, Anne, and Lynn.
OCT & NOV REPORTS
Thank you for your patience as we produced and uploaded the first monthly reports. We know that the number of notifications sent by Box was overwhelming, and the first reports didn’t display quantities and revenue properly by month. Each time we made changes, all the reports were updated, and Box sent new notifications.
October and November reports are now completely distributed. Amounts shown on reports are for sales during that month only. They do not show previously due amounts. All amounts due can be viewed in Tipalti under Invoice History. When payment is issued, it will appear under Payment History.
Payments for November have started posting. They will all be submitted through Tipalti by Friday, January 10.
If you don’t have a Tipalti account, please contact Anne at firstname.lastname@example.org to get one set up unless we’ve already arranged an alternative.
DECEMBER REPORTS & PAYMENTS
December reports will post to Box by January 15. December payments will be sent between January 30 and February 10.
CATCH UP PLAN & SBA
Berger and Singerman are working on the schedule for repayment. It will take a couple of weeks for us to finalize that plan. We will be in touch with authors directly about their repayment schedule, but it will be based solely on amount due and the outstanding time it has been owed.
We do not have a date from the SBA, but repayment of past due amounts on a fixed schedule isn’t dependent on anticipated funds outside of ongoing company income.
When the schedule is sent, authors will have the opportunity to respond and ask questions.
Lynn West will be out on medical leave due to surgery the first week in January. Please direct any questions you would normally send to her to Elizabeth or Anne. Rights Reversion questions or requests should still be sent to help@ as listed below.
