Royalty reports have been uploading to Box.com folders, and there have been problems. At this point it is easier to fix the problems than to try and go backwards into the old system.
1. Some authors are receiving blank reports. If necessary, we will manually upload reports to your folder as soon as issue #2 is resolved.
2. We transferred sales quantities to the new database, but Breakpoints didn’t calculate correctly. The tech team is working on fixing this. If we can’t get them to calculate off of actual quantities, we will change all Breakpoints to 60% to be assured everyone is paid in full.
